Byron-Hill offers distinctive million-dollar home designs

June 2003

A wide variety of majestic estate home designs introduced by Byron-Hill Homebuilders has distinguished communities in the Monmouth County towns of Holmdel, Colts Neck and the Pleasant Valley section of Marlboro.

Situated on large home sites surrounding desirable cul-de-sacs amidst the area's picturesque setting of rolling hills, open fields and woods, the million-dollar home designs - which mirror the grand homes of yesteryear - satisfy the most discriminating buyers' appetites for true upscale living.

In fact, many of the designs in Byron-Hill's exclusive portfolio were developed with the help of home buyers who worked closely with the in-house design staff to help them maximize their home's custom capabilities.

Ranging from the traditional to the contemporary, the homes encompass Byron-Hill's reputation for master craftsmanship, quality materials and a meticulous attention to details.

Homes feature interior spaces offering home offices that can accommodate today's high-tech wiring needs, guest suites, master suites, front and rear staircases and upscale finishes and appointments.

Two-story entry foyers with circular stairs provide an immediate feeling of grandeur, while open floor plans allow spaciousness to flow from one room to the next.

Among the host of possible design features and amenities are oversized kitchens with semi-circular, multi-windowed breakfast gazebos, stepped-down and vaulted family and great rooms, skylighted master baths with vaulted ceilings and whirlpool tubs, private libraries, studies and media-computer rooms.

The communities are also distinguished by Byron-Hill's renowned "Site Architecture" plan, which relates each home site to its neighbors. Individual grading plans have been developed for each lot that takes into account home, driveway and terrain. In addition, all roads are cut lower than the contoured home sites to produce a pleasing rolling terrain, while the cu;-de-sacs provide considerable privacy and further nurture the neighborhood.

In the Pleasant valley section of northern Marlboro, Four Columns is a community situated on a 100-acre site across the road from Fawn Valley Hills on Pleasant Valley Road. A model home is one of 10 residences currently under construction, while just four estate properties remain available for sale of the community's 18 country estates, which are on 3-plus-acre home sites surrounding cu;-de-sacs.

In Holmdel, just three homes remain available at The Hazienda, an enclave of 11 home sites of 2.5-plus acres. The intimate neighborhood is being developed on a 45-acre site bordered by two scenic ponds and an existing residential development of million-dollar homes near Exit 114 of the Garden State Parkway.

And in Colts Neck, Byron-Hill is building the last home for sale at Rancho Polo, a community of 21 architecturally distinctive homes on expansive home sites of 2 acres or more, nestled within a picturesque 160-acre site right off Route 537.

In addition, Byron-Hill has unveiled a new estate home on a secluded, fully-wooded site in Holmdel. Boasting more than 7,000 square feet of living space plus a finished basement, the Savannah was designed specifically for its 4.4 acre home site, taking full advantage of the surrounding rolling hills, lush forestry and rambling brook. The residence is priced at $1.5 million.
